Modifications: Track Proposed or Confirmed Changes to a Project

Modifications Overview
The Modification object tracks major change requests or amendments related to the project. These may be initiated by a grantee, partner, or grantmaker. Common modification types are Costed Extensions, No-Cost Extensions, and Budget Reallocation.
Submit a Modification
Click on the “Setup” tab for the project.
Scroll to the “Modifications” related list and click “New”.
On the New Modication pop-up, enter the following information:
Modification Name
Type
Status
Summary of Modification
Rationale
Proposed New End Date (if applicable)
Reviewer Comments (if applicable)
4. Click “Save”.
