New features and feature enhancements are added with every new release. Below is a high-level overview of important features/feature enhancements for Workflow Rules by release.

They have been replaced by Flows. You can find more detailed information about the replaced processes in the Release Notes. Due to a Salesforce limitation these process builders will be available in orgs installing Kalausi (v1.34) or a version after that, but will be marked deactivated. Please refer to the Upgrade Instructions if you’re upgrading to Kalausi from a previous release. |
Deprecated Workflow Rules in Amp Impact
Amp Impact had four workflow rules on Result__c object, each of which is associated with at least one field update workflow action. These have been deprecated from Kalausi onwards and replaced by Salesforce Flows.

How To Deactivate Workflow Rules
These workflow rules and actions are active on the installation of Amp Impact. They can be deactivated if your organization does not wish to use them. To do so, go to the Setup “Quick Search” box, and search for “Workflow Rules”. Click “Deactivate” next to any Workflow Rules that your organization does not want to use.
