The Amp Impact Administration Certification is designed for individuals that have some experience with Amp Impact, regardless of job role or technical proficiency. All individuals are encouraged to obtain the Administration Certification to build on existing knowledge surrounding Amp Impact.

You must keep only the exam window and only this window open to successfully pass the exam. You may not use or refer to any notes while taking the exam.

Strategies when you don't know the answer:
Don’t spend too much time thinking about a question - bookmark it for later review and come back to the question/questions when you have completed the rest.
Process of elimination strategy: The questions in the exam (and the practice exams) can be a bit ambiguous. When a question/answer isn't obvious or clear, try to cross out all the answers you know are incorrect, then focus on the remaining answers.
