What is the Submit and Lock Wizard?

The Submit and Lock wizard simplifies the submission process for a Project (or Application). This wizard provides users with a streamlined experience to submit their data tables together.

Once data tables are submitted, they are locked to restrict editing. This feature allows organizations to easily implement relevant submission processes and ensure the data integrity of the system.

Users can now lock the following data tables in Amp Impact:

  • Frameworks

  • Indicators

  • Results

  • Targets

  • Activities

  • Submission Response Form (Narrative Reports)

  • Budgets Download/ Upload

Using the Submit and Lock Wizard

  1. To Submit a Project or an Application, click on “Submit”

2. Users will see a confirmation screen asking them to confirm the Submission of their Project/Application

3. On clicking “Submit”, users will get another message asking them to review their Submission/Narrative record, if applicable, to ensure that the character count and other validations for the questions are met.
Users can also click on “Previous” to navigate to the previous screen

4. On clicking “Confirm” users will see the following message if the submission was successful.

  1. If users attempt to Submit the submitted Project/Application again they will see the following message:
