The following elements are editable in the downloaded template:

  1. The number of tabs;

  2. The values in the input cells which are indicated by the blue background;

  3. The text in the comments column per Project Indicator where Data_Type__c = Input.

The following elements are not editable in the downloaded template (and will cause errors when uploading if they are modified):

  1. The header text on the tab with the downloaded data;

  2. The names of the column headers in the downloaded tab;

  3. The name of the downloaded tab;

  4. The existence of one tab with the Reporting Frequency and Geographic Area as the label.

The presence of these five characters (&, <, >, ', ") in the template Name, Tab Name, or Header will impact the successful upload of the specified templates up till the the Nashira (v1.38) release

Warning

The Targets template has the following limitations as of the latest release: 

  • Currency codes are NOT seen for Currency Project Indicator Targets

  • Percentage sign is NOT seen for percentage Project Indicator Targets

  • HTML markdown characters are expected to be seen which includes formatting specific characters. (eg HTML markdown for new line, bold text etc.) in all releases before the Libertas v1.35 release. As of Libertas the display of HTML tags is controlled by a design attribute.

  • Images are not expected to be printed in excel

  • URLs are not expected to be hyperlinked in the excel cell

  • Preview of the downloaded targets template shows a 0/1 value for indicators that are cross disaggregated by sex.

  • Wrong target values will be displayed on the Total column if only one indicator exists that is disaggregated and of percent data type. Ensure that more than 1 indicator exists that is of percent data type and is disaggregated.

  • Numerator/Denominator indicators are included in the downloaded Targets template from Nashira (V1.38) and onwards.

Modify the Columns in the Template: Up till the Mira (v1.37) release, all columns in the template except Indicator, Disaggregation and Reporting Period columns are controlled by the ampi__ADD_RESULTS_INFO_POPOVER field set.

Nashira (v1.38) release onwards Indicator attribute fields on the Results Upload Download Excel Template are controlled by ampi__INDICATOR_FIELDS_ADD_RESULTS_EXCEL_TEMPLATE field set.

If Numerator/Denominator type of indicators exist in the system, the following additional columns will be displayed as part of the downloaded template: 

  • Numerator Definition

  • Denominator Definition

  • Calculation Factor

The above columns will not be displayed if Numerator/Denominator type indicators do not exist in the project for that reporting period and geographic area combination.
