Add Many2Many to Lightning Pages

Once the Tag Settings are configured, the M2M component needs to be added to Lightning Pages.

  1. Open the Lightning App Builder (for access instructions, see here: Lightning App Builder).

  2. Locate “TaggingUI” in the “Custom-Managed” section and add it to the page layout.

  3. Configure the following fields as needed:

    1. Tag Setting Ids. Enter the unique Salesforce Id of the Tag Setting record. Add multiple, comma-separated Ids if your users need to be tagging multiple object records.

    2. Tag Record Id. This field is only required if the component is added to the Lightning Page that is not a record page. Enter the unique Salesforce Id of the object record to which tags will be added.

    3. Add Tag? Select if users need to be able to create tags.

    4. Remove Tag? Select if users need to be able to remove tags.

  4. Set Activation based on user requirements to customize user permissions.
