If “Vera Solutions Support” is not available
If Vera Solutions Support doesn't appear in the list of available support organizations when granting login access, or the user is unable to select it, this typically means the support access for the package is restricted to users with administrator-level permissions.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Check Login Access Policies
If accessible, go to:
Setup -> Login Access Policies;
Locate the Support Organization section;
Verify whether Vera Solutions Support is listed and enabled for administrators.
If it’s enabled, the option should become available in Grant Account Login Access.
2. If “Login Access Policies” is not accessible
Some users may not have sufficient permissions to view or edit this configuration.
In this case, a System Administrator must perform the check instead.
Find Your Salesforce Organization ID

In the quick find box, seach for Company Settings, then click on Company information.
Search for Salesforce.com Organization Id after performing the above steps. The Organization Id is on the right-hand section of the Company Information page:
Please provide this Organization ID in your support request so our team can accurately identify your environment and proceed with the investigation.
