Submissions in Amp Impact
The Submissions feature in Amp Impact allows users to create form templates with different types of questions (long text, picklist, etc.), which can be used on any object. These forms can then be assigned manually or automatically to other users to fill out and submit. Responses are stored in the system and can be reviewed, assigned a score, and visualized in a radar chart if needed.
Organizations may use submissions to create, collect, and review:
Concept notes and simple applications
A narrative response for a reporting period
Organizational assessments or annual narrative reporting outside of reporting periods
Risk assessment narratives

Create submission templates with different types of questions, including qualitative (long text or short text), number, date, picklist, and multi-select picklist. Add skip logic for questions/sections and pagination, as needed.
Collect submission responses from users and download them as a Word document to review offline. Clone a submission (including responses) to simplify future responses.
Review, assign scores, and add comments to a user’s submission. Use radar charts to visualize scores for one or multiple submissions for a related record
