About the Exam 

The exam consists of 32 multiple-choice and ‘true or false’ questions. Exam takers should be careful to read each question carefully, including how many answers should be selected (in some cases, it’s two, three, or all that apply). The exam consists of a mix of technical questions, relevant subject matter questions, and case study questions that revolve around real-world use cases. In terms of style, it’s broadly designed similar to Salesforce certification exams.

All Consultants, Product Associates, and other technical individuals are encouraged to obtain the Administration Specialist exam to build on experience and existing knowledge surrounding Amp Impact.

  • Writing the exam requires a quiet environment to focus and answer the questions.

  • Note: You do not need to put your webcam on.

  • Registration fee: $50. Free for the first 50 exam takers.

  • Retake fee: $25

• Strategies when you don't know the answer:

  • Don’t spend too much time thinking about a question - bookmark it for later review and come back to the question/questions when you have completed the rest.

  • Process of elimination strategy: The questions in the exam (and the practice exams) can be a bit ambiguous. When a question/answer isn't obvious or clear, try to cross out all the answers you know are incorrect, then focus on the remaining answers.
