You can define the Percent Complete field for an Activity directly from the Gantt chart by hovering on top of an Activity, clicking, and dragging the slider that appears to the appropriate value
You can also add the Percent Complete field to the Edit/Create Activity pop-ups and set the value while creating or editing an Activity
The Percent Complete value is displayed on an Activity within the Gantt chart in the form of a progress text that appears on the timeline bar. Additionally, if there is a Percent Complete value, a portion of the timeline bar would have a darker color as opposed to the default color

To lock an Implementation Plan, set the “Implementation Locked” field to TRUE. Users will not be able to add, edit or delete any Activities via the activities LWC.
The text “(Locked)” will be added after the “Implementation Plan Name” on the picklist on
The following buttons will be disabled:
“Add New Activity”
Users will not view options to “Edit”, “Delete”, “Add Child task”, “Add Child Milestone” on the right click on an individual Activity
Users will not be able to edit Activities via the Gantt Chart. The chart will be rendered read only. Users can still hover over the Activities/Gantt Chart to view related information about the particular Activity
