All production Salesforce orgs created in Winter ’21 or later get a My Domain by default. With My Domain, you get a subdomain within the http://salesforce.com domain, such as, https://examplecompany.my.salesforce.com

If the requested My Domain name isn’t unique, the sign-up process adds characters at the end of the name. For example, if you request “example” as your My Domain name and it’s in use, the sign-up process can adjust it to “example1” or “example-1a”. If you don’t choose a My Domain during sign-up, Salesforce assigns one for you based on your company name. If you don’t like the one assigned, you can change it.

Content deliveries and public links convert files into an online format that's available through links. This enables users to send links to people inside or outside your organization. System Admins can enable Content Deliveries and Public Links by following these steps:

  1. Open Setupthe setup interface.

  2. Use the Quick Find search to find “Content Deliveries and Public Links”.

  3. Enable Content Deliveries and Public Links by marking the first two checkboxes as TRUE

(Recommended) Enable Path

For Lightning Pages in Amp Impact to correctly display the Path component, Path must be enabled in the Salesforce org. System Admins can enable Path by following these steps:

  1. Open Setupthe setup interface.

  2. Use the Quick Find search to find and open “Path Settings”.

  3. Click the Enable “Enable” button.

  4. Edit the Amp Impact Paths as needed:

    1. Project Status “Project Status” - This Path is used on the Project Lightning record page, and its display depends on the value in the ampi__Project_Status__c field on ampi__Project__c.

    2. Submission Status “Submission Status” - This Path is used on the Submission Response and Submission Review Lightning record pages, and its display depends on the value in the ampi__Status__c field on ampi__Submission__c. By default, it is assigned to the Submission Record Type.
