This functional area is where impact measurement comes together. This is the functionality for defining the key indicators (performance metricsor metrics or KPIs as some organizations might refer to it) for a Project/Grant/Programme, defining how often targets will be set for each indicator and how often results will be reported, and then setting targets and adding results throughout the life cycle of the project/grant/programme, Grant, or other initiatives, defining the target and result frequency, setting targets, and reporting results throughout the project lifecycle.
