This functional area is where impact measurement comes together. This is the functionality for defining the key indicators (or metrics or KPIs as some organizations might refer to it) for a Project/Grant/Program, Grant, or other initiatives, defining the target and result frequency, setting targets, and reporting results throughout the Project/Grant/Program lifecycle. Indicators can also be referred to as Metrics or KPIsproject lifecycle.
